PEARLS addresses the topic of the so-called “Renewable Energy Landscapes”, developing knowledge and analyses on the ways in which it is possible to enhance the involvement of local communities and the decisions of policy makers when planning and implementing large-scale renewable energy production facilities and/or systems.
The project involves universities, businesses, and research centres located in five countries in the Mediterranean area (Italy, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Israel).
