ENERGY PROJECT MANAGER – BUILDING SYSTEMS

Mission: The Energy Project Manager will mainly be responsible for managing technical orders related to the design and construction phases, liaising with external entities (design teams, construction companies, and external suppliers), and coordinating internal resources in agreement with the technical direction. They will actively contribute to the development of the company, a leader in the sustainability sector in construction, also in defining new activities and developments. The Energy Project Manager will participate in coordination meetings with other Project Managers at Habitech and the Technical Director.

Profile: The Energy Project Manager, in a prestigious and dynamic environment, plays a significant role within the company. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

• Holds a degree in Engineering (preferably in one of the following fields: Environmental, Mechanical, Energy, Electrical).
• Skills in the field of mechanical systems for buildings (HVAC). Preferably also in electrical and special systems.
• Construction site experience, preferably in Commissioning or Site Management activities.
• Relational skills, team-oriented, self-management autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple activities.
• Leadership and group management skills.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language, which will be assessed during the interview.
