In 2019, Habitech became the first Italian company operating in the construction sector to achieve SI Rating certification. In 2020, during the recertification process, Habitech improved its positioning, reaching the SI Rating (Sustainability Impact) Silver level.
Through this system, more than 20 environmental, social, and governance themes are analyzed using 5 evaluation criteria: transparency, management level, reliability, improvement, and completeness.
The tool is based on the assessment of internationally recognized frameworks and best practices, and through an algorithm, it provides a numerical rating for the company.
