In 2020, Habitech strengthened its objectives, measuring and increasing its international value by obtaining the JUST certification, a company certification program that focuses on transparency and social justice to create improvement in corporate social responsibility.
It is a voluntary disclosure tool that considers operations, employee management policies, and financial and community investments, helping organizations monitor and optimize policies aimed at improving social equity and employee engagement.
To achieve these goals, Habitech worked on its social responsibility profile by declaring and making public the results related to equity policies and practices. The measurement was carried out on a basket of 6 categories: diversity and inclusion, equity, benefits, management, and supply chain.
