Giulia has worked at Habitech since October 2008 and follows several projects as a LEED consultant.

Some of the projects that supported the achievement of the LEED certification are MUSE (MUseo delle ScienzE by Renzo Piano in Trento) LEED NCv2.2 Gold, new Polo of the Mechatronics of TRENTINO DEVELOPMENT (Rovereto) LEED NCv2009 Gold, Torre via Larga of UNIPOL (Bologna ) LEED NCv2.2 Gold and Hotel UNIPOL within the sector of Via Larga (Bologna) LEED NCv2009 Gold, New Canteen Baxter (Rieti) LEED v2009 Gold, Aquae Pavilion in Mestre LEED NCv2009 Gold and new headquarters Banca Popolare dell'Alto Adige (Bolzano) LEED NCv2009 Silver.

Furthermore, she has developed the analysis of the BREEAM protocol application to some commercial projects in Italy and supports the Centro Sarca (Milan) shopping center to achieve BREEAM Europe Commercial 2009 certification and the new Flagship OVS store in Milan to achieve BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-out 2015 certification.

During her experience, she has developed a good knowledge on the issues of sustainability and on the integrated design process, in particular regarding the practice of charrette.

Since April 2009 he is LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), BD & C specialization and is working on the New Construction, Core & Shell, Commercial Interiors and Healthcare protocols. She is also actively participating in GBC Italia committees to maintain the LEED Italia Nuove Costruzioni e iestrutturazioni v2009 standard and within the MR standard committee for the first draft of the condominium protocol.

From March 2014 she is BREEAM International New Construction Assessor and from April 2016 BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit Out Assessor.

Giulia holds a degree in Building Engineering from the University of Trento, with a specialization in conservation and renovation of buildings and she is registered at the Order of Engineers of Trento.
